A groundbreaking ceremony was held 6-3-2006 at Eastbrook Mobile
Home Park for placement of a
granite monument to memorialize the 25 people killed there and in
Warrick County by the Nov. 6 tornado.
The 5-foot-tall marker will stand near the path where the tornado
ripped through the mobile home park.
An angel will stand on top of the marker, and the names of the 25
vicitms will be engraved on its base.
The groundbreaking ceremony will be by the southern edge of the
mobile home park at 2447 Indian Bend
Drive. The ceremony was open to the public. Evansville, Indiana
